Event Design & Coordination

This package is perfect for the do-it-yourself host that has selected a venue and contracted with all major vendors, but needs help with finalizing details, styling and coordination.


  • In-person consultation w/$200 non-refundable fee to go over all design elements, floor plan, decor to make your celebration a reflection of you.  (Fee applied to total upon hire)    

Upon hire with a $400 deposit to book the event, services include:

  • Attend up to 3 in-person vendor meetings w/client as required for design elements & decor details: Design with floor plan, decor, set-up, rental selections, cake design, stationary,  florals, balloons, etc. 
  • Referrals of vendors upon request.
  • Unlimited phone & email support
  • Over the phone confirmation with vendors, final details meeting/ discussion of set-up. 
  • Day of Coordination: Manage on site production during set-up, duties conclude at the start of event.

DESSERT & CANDY TABLES

This package is the perfect addition for any event. We personalize and create a custom dessert table to reflect your personal style along with the theme of the event. 


  • In-person consultation w/$500 non-refundable deposit to book the event (applied to total) 
  • Conceptualize and design the dessert table incorporating theme/color scheme of event
  • ​Fully cater dessert assortments and/or candy according to theme or color scheme
  • Included as rentals: draped backdrop, tablecloth, glassware, platters, embellishments, labels and props as needed
  • Exclusive event branding to include on dessert labels, signage, etc.     
  • Candy bags and/or to-go boxes provided and designed and labeled according to theme 
  • Client keeps all leftover dessert/candy
  • Day of set-up and clean-up*

(*Clean-up included is same day until 9:00pm or next day. After 9:00 pm, clean up is an additional charge for same day)

KIDS PARTY

This package is designed to make you child's special day, EXTRA SPECIAL. We will handle the dessert table decor and kids table decorations to fit your theme and color scheme.  


  • In-person consultation w/$500 non-refundable deposit to book the event (applied to total)    
  • Conceptualize and design the dessert table incorporating theme/color scheme of event
  • ​Fully cater dessert assortments and/or candy according to theme or color scheme for a 50 guests package
  • Exclusive event branding to include on dessert labels, signage, etc.
  •  Unlimited phone and email/text support
  • 2 kids tablescape, set up and design (up to 18- 20 placesettings) with centerpiece decor, custom theme plates, cups/water bottles, napkins and utensils. ​​​
  • Management of on-site production during day of set-up

​Additional a-la-cart services available: party favors, party favor table display, adult table decorations/centerpieces, signage, balloons.
